Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and team supervision. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Oversee inventory control and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and safety protocols
- Lead and train warehouse staff, scheduling shifts and supervising performance
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment
- Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate necessary repairs
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency and space utilization
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of warehouse software systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s digital presence across all social platforms. You’ll develop and execute content strategies, engage with our community, and track performance metrics to grow reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.)
- Monitor social channels for engagement opportunities, responding to messages and comments
- Track and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategy based on data insights
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, product) to align messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends and platform updates
- Manage influencer partnerships and social media campaigns
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency
- Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills
- Proficient with tools like Canva, Trello, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of social media analytics (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both professional and personal matters. This trusted individual will manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure day-to-day efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and daily agenda
- Book travel, accommodations, and prepare itineraries
- Assist with email management, correspondence, and drafting documents
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes as needed
- Liaise with internal staff and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Assist with personal errands, purchases, and household management tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar tools
- Trustworthy, discreet, and able to handle high-pressure situations
